Using AI to Decrease the Mental Load of Motherhood

If you’re anything like me, AI felt really intimidating - which made me feel like a total boomer. As I’ve been opening this practice, I’ve been asking ChatGPT all kinds of questions, mainly about building a website and using SEO (in fact, I don’t use it to write content - it’s all original!) and have found it to be insanely helpful. Question: What are some questions burned out moms can ask you to make their lives easier?
Answers (which I’m summarizing and selecting the most helpful):

  • “Give me a 5 minute self-care idea I can do without leaving the room.”

  • “Give me a 10 minute dinner idea with chicken, rice, and whatever’s in my fridge.”

  • “What’s a weekly meal plan that requires the least amount of dishes possible?”

  • “Can you write a bedtime story for my kid that buys me 10 minutes of sitting down?”

  • “Can you make me a weekly routine that includes rest, and not just chores?”

  • “What’s the minimum cleaning I can do each week to keep the house livable?”

  • “Can you give me a pep talk like I’m your best friend?”

  • “What’s a 5 minute breakfast that doesn’t taste like cardboard?”

  • “What’s a system to stop losing my keys/wallet/phone?”

  • “What can I prep the day before to make mornings less chaotic?”

  • “Help me plan my child’s birthday party while staying within budget.”

  • “What’s a good activity to play with a toddler when my energy is low?”

  • “Help me draft an email to my son’s teacher/coach.”

  • “Can you help me save money next month?”

Question: Are there websites outside of ChatGPT that you recommend to moms?
Answers (which are not necessarily AI-based and not personally endorsed by me):
